Convert binary plist files

If you are like me wanting to modify the order of your icons in the launcher, you’ll need to modify the N45AP.plist file in the system/library/coreservices/springboard.app directory. The plist files are in binary format and as I’m on windows the easiest way is to use the online converter at http://lesterchan.net/plutil/ http://140.124.181.188/~khchung/cgi-bin/plutil.cgi This will convert your existing file to ASCII format and you can overwrite (after having modified the newly created file) the existing N45AP.plist with the ASCII one (the iPot happily handles both formats).
